Shipping Policy

We only deliver to addresses within New Zealand. Purchases will incur a delivery charge, which will be outlined at the shopping cart stage of the purchase. Rural addresses will attract additional fees.
All products will be delivered by a signature-required courier service nominated by us to the address specified in the order. We will not deliver to a PO Box. Non-receipt of any product must be notified to us within seven (7) business days of the order date.
Delivery times may vary depending on your area and stock availability. We aim to deliver products to you at the address specified in the order as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee delivery times or dates. However, a good estimate is to allow two to three (2 to 3) business days for the processing of your order and a further three to four (3 to 4) business days for delivery. If a product is unavailable, we will attempt to notify you by using the contact details provided at the time the order was made.
