Refund Policy

Returns
You have ten (10) business days after the order date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process please contact us at info@iderm.co.nz. If your return is accepted by us, we will email you instructions on how and where to return the product at your own cost. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds on sale items or gift vouchers.
Damaged Products
We photograph ordered products prior to them being wrapped and delivered to you, together with the order’s courier ticket. Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately at info@iderm.co.nz if any product is defective, damaged or if you have been sent the wrong item. We will email you with instructions on how and where to return the product at your own cost. If after inspection of the product we are satisfied that the item is defective, damaged or you were sent the wrong item, we will replace the product at no cost to you and issue you a refund for the return cost.
Refunds
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
